INTERGATOR Assist then helps turn this information into concrete results—for example, a summary, a translation, a research evaluation, a deployment briefing, a management summary, or prepared documentation. INTERGATOR Assist does not act as an autonomous AI agent that makes decisions on its own. The assistants support clearly defined tasks with traceable inputs, data sources, and results. Professional responsibility and review remain with the user, while research, analysis, and preparation become significantly more structured.

From research to a guided workflow

INTERGATOR Assist picks up where traditional search ends. Information is not only found, but transferred into a clear workflow: the user selects the appropriate assistant, enters the relevant parameters, and receives a structured result that can be reviewed, shared, or processed further.

This turns recurring tasks into standardized workflows. A project summary, PDF evaluation, or translation does not have to be approached from scratch every time. The assistant guides the user through the process, uses approved data sources, and provides the results in a traceable way.

The user starts an assistant for a specific purpose—for example, summarization, translation, document review, or research.

2. Use information

The assistant processes inputs, documents, or connected INTERGATOR information according to defined rules.

3. Reuse the result

The output is available as a readable view, structured export, or file and can be transferred directly into the next work step.

Other examples

Image recognition

This assistant analyzes an uploaded image using a vision-capable model and identifies the most important visible object, such as a vehicle, vehicle part, or technical component. It also describes visible features, estimates the confidence of the identification, and can mark detected vehicles in the image.

Summarize PDFs

The PDF summary assistant analyzes uploaded PDF documents and creates a concise English summary using a model. In addition, the documents are evaluated locally, for example through text extraction and basic language features. The results can be exported as HTML, JSON, or PDF.

Find tickets in the data repository

This assistant performs an INTERGATOR-supported search for similar support tickets. Users can enter a ticket number, an error message, or a PDF ticket; the assistant searches relevant data for comparable cases and displays other tickets, previous causes, resolution steps, and recommended next steps. The assistant illustrates the planned workflow of an INTERGATOR API integration.

Secure Translation Assistant

This assistant supports controlled translations through the central LLM provider layer of INTERGATOR Assist. Users select the source language, target language, and text to be translated; the translation is then performed using the connected INTERGATOR LLM.

The assistant is suitable for typical translation tasks in business departments where texts need to be processed in a structured, traceable way and within a defined framework. German, English, Turkish, Arabic, and Spanish are supported.

The translation is created with fixed defaults for business tone, general subject context, terminology preservation, and uncertainty marking. The technical model integration remains centrally controlled, so the assistant itself does not manage its own credentials or direct provider access.

Modularly extensible and controlled in use

INTERGATOR Assist is not a single large application, but consists of functionally distinct assistants for specific tasks. Each assistant has its own inputs, its own processing logic, and a defined result—for example, for translation, contract review, project summaries, document analysis, or technical research.

This allows organizations to start with a few clearly defined use cases and expand the solution step by step. Assistants can be made available to individual teams, specific user groups, or globally, depending on the need. As a result, the platform remains clear, maintainable, and adaptable.

AI usage follows the same principle: models are not called arbitrarily from individual functions, but are controlled through central provider, policy, and configuration layers. Whether a self-hosted model, an INTERGATOR LLM, a private cloud model, or an approved external provider is used depends on the operating model, the data classes, and internal approvals.

This enables INTERGATOR Assist to combine practical support for business departments with the necessary control over data flows, models, permissions, and result formats.

Deliberately not an autonomous AI agent

INTERGATOR Assist is not an autonomous AI agent that makes decisions on its own or changes processes without professional oversight. The assistants support defined tasks such as research, analysis, structuring, translation, or document preparation. Assessment and decision-making remain with the human user.

Maintain digital sovereignty

Organizations retain control over data, models, permissions, and the operating model. Depending on requirements, self-hosted models, private environments, or approved providers can be used. This enables AI support without transferring sensitive information to external services in an uncontrolled way.

Close to real-world business processes

INTERGATOR Assist is not applied as a generic AI layer on top of existing workflows. Each assistant fulfills a specific task, uses defined inputs, and produces traceable results. This creates support exactly where research, analysis, or documentation effort occurs in day-to-day work.
