The intergator Social Dashboard is a unique and customizable interface with which users can capture all sources of needed information. Instead of having to start a new search each time a user wants information, search queries are automatically saved to provide the most recent news. intergator retrieves proactively and permanently new information related to your search queries. Moreover, users can create their own content- or topic-specific page and can share it with colleagues or team members.

The cross-system search of intergator builds the foundation of the dashboard. Hits of preconfigured search requests are displayed via search-based apps, which can be freely placed on the dashboard according to the user’s preferences. For example, all documents published by a project team during the last 5 days can be shown in one app. Hereby it does not matter where these documents have been stored. intergator indexes databases, file servers, Microsoft SharePoint, Lotus Notes, Wikis, Blogs, DMS, ERPs, CRMs as well as users’ email accounts. Logging into the Social Dashboard via Single Sign-On (SSO) all rights of access are maintained when search results are presented to you: You will only see what you have the rights for.

The search-based presentation of project- or business-related information is complemented by specific InfoApps. These can show embedded tweets and RSS feeds in real-time or contain links which navigate to relevant areas of the intranet. The selection of available InfoApps can be administered centrally.

The  Expert Finder (optional component) lets you find expert employees on a particular topic within your organization. Moreover, you can search with the Navigator in your internal information assets and have them visualized by means of a hyperbolic tree.
