INTERGATOR Certified AI Administrator
Date: 14.-15.09.2026
Designed for technical stakeholders who operate INTERGATOR and manage the use of AI capabilities.
The following topics will be covered during the two-day moderated training course.
Key topics:
- Architecture and Components
- Installation Prerequisites and Environment
- Traditional Search vs. Semantic Search (AI, AI+)
- Additional features of the search interface
- Basics and configuration of standard data sources
- Overview of the indexing process, connectors and Management Centre
- Storing model information in the index (enrichment)
- Roles and permissions
- Basics of integration
- Configuration of the web interface
- Project procedures
- Monitoring and incident management of search applications, including support services
- Backup / Restore
- Troubleshooting
The following prior knowledge is desirable:
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Experience in the administration and monitoring of applications
- Experience in the integration of applications
- Experience in the integration and commissioning of applications within an existing IT landscape and the use of manufacturer support and services
Upon completion of the training, participants will be awarded a certificate valid for 3 years.

INTERGATOR Certified AI Developer
Date: 16.-17.09.2026
For developers who want to extend INTERGATOR functionally and integrate it into existing system landscapes.
The following topics will be covered during the one-and-a-half-day moderated training course.
Key topics:
- Connector development:
- Building a simple HTTP connector from scratch
- Explanation of all the necessary steps and components required to technically import data from a data source into INTERGATOR
- Index fields and processing
- Refresher on index fields
- Explanation of available data types and structured fields
- Definition of simple processing rules for mapping connector data to the index
- Inheritance of field information across documents.
- Access management
- Refresher on authorisation information
- Definition of access rights throughout the indexing process
- Exemplary definition of user privileges
- User interface configuration
- Refreshing knowledge of front-end configuration
- Setting up a suitable view
- Configuring the display of an additional field
The following prior knowledge is required:
- In-depth knowledge of INTERGATOR 6 administration or INTERGATOR AI Administrator Training
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in Java or Groovy
- Basic knowledge of the VSCode IDE
Upon completion of the training, participants will be awarded a certificate valid for 3 years.

Setup of AI assistants

Hands-on training on configuring and using AI assistants in INTERGATOR.
This half-day facilitated training session will cover the following topics:
